How would someone who had been abused sexually act before during and after sex?

I'm writing a book so this is all fictitious. It's a historical romance/thriller that takes place in 1857. Anyways the man was sexually abused by his mother when he was a teenager, he's now an adult, it's been ten or so years. Well he and my main character are going to have sex, her first time, the only time he's having sex when not abused. How would things be? How would he act before during and after the sex? What may happen?

First, put yourself in his shoes, although sexual abuse of any description is wrong a boys abuse by a mother is not quite the same as a daughter by a father although by definition any abuse can have a devastating effect. He already knows what sex is all about and she might not. planning the build up in your story is most essential, They both have to first communicate, he has to tell her about his abuse, there may have been parts that he enjoyed like any orgasms he might have experienced, there should be a very gentle approach in understanding these facts that it is her first time, she may well be still a virgin in which case she will bleed a little when her cherry is broken, although this does not hurt so much it is still embarrassing for her. She will start to experience an unexplained feeling throughout her body when he touches her and wonder why this is happening, she will probably not even know about G spots but will soon come to realise that when he touches a certain area she feels more pleasure. He too will respond to these feeling making more effort in concentrating on these areas. She will also notice that as her excitement grows then so will his, she will see his penis start to grow in size and with small droplets of juice coming out of the end, she may like to see what they taste like, licking the end of his penis and then putting it into her mouth. It may, however mean that due to his abuse he cannot get a hard on in which case the girl has to make him feel more relaxed. I cannot imagine that they both don't know anything about the birds and bees. Once he is relaxed and his penis is erect she will want him inside her, this is a very new weave of excitement for her, his rhythmical movement will increase her pleasure and she will respond by her own movement. as the pleasure increases both of them reach the highest point and reach orgasms at the same time, she feels his cock throbbing inside of her as his sperm ejaculates up into her.
